Lot 45: A Vintage Calor Gas 4.5kg Butane Cylinder
A vintage blue metal gas cylinder manufactured by Calor Gas, identified by the distinctive blue finish used for butane storage. The vessel is of welded steel construction and features a top-mounted carry handle and a central manual screw-valve assembly. The valve knob is cast with directional arrows and the word CLOSE. The exterior body displays the manufacturer’s name CALOR Gas in white lettering. A circular metal plate at the neck of the cylinder is stamped with various markings, including 04, 13, and 1300g. A paper auction label from HCP Auctions South West is affixed to the side, identifying the item as Lot 045.
