Lot 570: A Single Strand Cultured Pearl Necklace and a White Metal Tea Strainer Bowl
A single strand necklace comprising white cultured pearls, likely of freshwater origin. The pearls are off-round to oval in form with a soft pearlescent lustre and display natural surface variations. Each pearl measures approximately 6mm to 7mm in diameter. The necklace is finished with a silver-toned metal lobster claw clasp. Included with the necklace is a circular white metal tea infuser or strainer bowl. The bowl features a perforated base, a small integrated ring handle, and a mounting lug on the opposite rim. While faint indentations are present on the rim, there are no legible hallmarks or maker’s marks.
Length: approximately 450mm.
