Lot 638: A Collection of Eight Vintage Clear and Art Glass Elephant Figurines
A collection of eight vintage clear and art glass elephant figurines, including a marked piece of Bohemia Crystal. The group features a standing Bohemia Crystal elephant with its trunk raised, bearing the original blue and silver foil label on the hindquarters. The collection includes a hexagonal mirrored glass display stand featuring three miniature clear glass elephants with gilt-painted highlights to the ears and tusks. Also present is a heavy, rounded green glass art paperweight with internal controlled bubbles. The remainder of the group comprises four clear glass elephants in various poses, including one standing on a ribbed, stepped pedestal base, a sitting baby elephant, and several stylized standing figures.
