Lot 687: A traditional wooden-handled besom broom with bound twig head
A traditional besom broom featuring a turned natural wood handle and a head composed of tightly bound twigs. The twig bundle is secured to the handle with two metal wire bands and further reinforced with natural fibre twine. The design and construction are typical of decorative or functional household brooms, often resembling those marketed as scented cinnamon brooms or seasonal decorative accessories. Two small white adhesive labels are present on the wooden handle, however the printed text remains illegible.
