Lot 921: Two Pieces of Modern Danish Style Pine Furniture comprising a Corner Media Cabinet and a Narrow Bookcase
A lot comprising two pieces of modern furniture constructed from solid knotty pine with a warm honey finish. The design is in the style of late 20th-century Danish pine manufacturers such as Bo Skan. The first piece is a corner media cabinet with a shaped top designed to fit into a room corner, featuring an open shelf above two drawers with turned wooden knobs, all supported by bun feet. The second piece is a tall, narrow bookcase of simple upright form, fitted with adjustable shelving on metal pins. A white label printed with the number 921 is adhered to the top of the cabinet. Both pieces show construction typical of mass-produced Scandinavian-style pine furniture from the 1990s.
