Lot 924: A Trio of Mahogany-toned Nesting Tables in the Style of The Bombay Company
A trio of nesting tables in a traditional reproduction style, attributed to or in the style of The Bombay Company. The frames are constructed from a hardwood with a dark mahogany-toned finish. The largest table features a scalloped edge and an inset glass top accented by a double gold-tone border. The middle table is of matching design, and the smallest table in the set features a woven cane-effect inset top. Each table is supported by four square-section legs with slightly shaped outer profiles, characteristic of furniture from the late 20th century. The item bears an auction lot sticker marked Lot 924 and a small white tag with the number 13.
