Lot 51: Corgi Classics 51702 Baltimore American La France Pumper Fire Truck
A Corgi Classics die-cast model of a Baltimore American La France Pumper fire engine. The vehicle is constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components, including the cab, windows, and emergency lighting. The underside of the chassis features a polished chrome-style plating. The cab sides are decorated with Baltimore Fire Dept. text and a unit number 17 within a diamond logo, while the front is marked B.F.D. The base is embossed with the manufacturer name Corgi, Made in China, and the model name American La France Fire Pumper. The model is presented in its original yellow and blue window box with a clear plastic internal blister and includes an information pack slip and a commemorative card with the Baltimore City Fire Service crest. Accessories include a silver-coloured ladder and a top-mounted water nozzle.
