Lot 73: A Trio of Decorative Glass Bottles Containing Layered Legumes and Spices
A trio of decorative glass bottles of varying forms, each featuring layered arrangements of dried pulses, seeds, and spices. The collection includes two tapering triangular prism-shaped bottles and one tapered cylindrical bottle with a bulbous neck and foot. The triangular bottles are filled with distinct horizontal and diagonal layers of legumes, including kidney beans, black-eyed peas, and black beans. One of these bottles is finished with a maroon-coloured wax seal at the neck. The cylindrical bottle contains colourful layers of culinary ingredients, including black and pink peppercorns, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and chilli flakes. All three bottles are fitted with dark-coloured caps. A lot label for HCP Auctions South West is present on the central bottle.
