Lot 35: An Assortment of Vintage Industrial Tools and Large-Scale Drill Bits
A mixed lot of heavy-duty industrial and woodworking tools. The collection includes a substantial forged iron specialist tool, possibly a gland nut wrench or hydrant key, featuring a bifurcated U-shaped head and a decorative double-lobed handle. The lot further contains multiple large-diameter auger wood-boring bits and long-reach masonry drill bits, including one in original retail packaging. Also present is a heavy-duty threaded metal circular flange with two mounting holes, several T-handle specialised socket wrenches, and a large wooden-handled tool, possibly a chisel or rasp. The items are housed in a cardboard tray from Westland Nurseries, Evesham, UK, and are identified by an auction label as Lot 035 with the handwritten note 9999 VINTAGE TOOLS LARGE DRILL BITS. 16mm x 400mm (masonry drill bit).
