Lot 828: Large Gilt Framed Rectangular Wall Mirror with Bevelled Edge
A large contemporary wall mirror of rectangular form, designed in the classical revival style. The frame is constructed from a composite material with a distressed gilt finish. The decorative profile features inner and outer rope-twist borders enclosing a broad central band of horizontal gadrooning. The clear glass mirror plate is finished with a wide bevelled edge. The mitre joints at the corners are visible. Height: 120 cm Width: 87 cm.
