Lot 1046: A Pair of Contemporary Cream Back-Painted Glass Chests of Drawers
A pair of contemporary bedroom chests comprising a wide three-drawer chest and a narrow five-drawer tallboy. The carcasses are constructed from manufactured boards with a high-gloss cream lacquered finish. The drawer fronts and top surfaces are clad in off-white back-painted glass panels. Each drawer is fitted with faceted crystal style knobs on circular chrome-finished bases, with twin handles on the wide chest and single handles on the tallboy. The drawers are mounted on modern metal runners.
