Lot 1091: A Collection of Framed Artworks and Prints including 'Evening by a Lake' (Signed)
A collection of assorted framed artworks and prints featuring various traditional subjects. Included is a monochromatic blue-toned print titled ‘Evening by a Lake’ with the subtitle ‘Llyn Padarn, North Wales’ printed to the lower centre. The collection features an oil on board painting depicting a village landscape with a church spire and buildings set amongst mature trees. Also included is a still life print of glassware in blue tones, bearing an illegible signature to the lower right corner. The group further contains an empty gilt-finished frame with a foxed and discoloured backing board and another partially obscured landscape print. The artworks are housed in decorative gilt-finished moulded frames of various styles, some of which include inner slip liners. Several frames bear lot stickers numbered 1091.
