The second item is a long-handled stopcock or water meter key made from a single length of blue painted steel rod with a welded T-handle and a U-shaped notched head for underground valve operation. The third tool is a pair of telescopic long-reach bypass loppers featuring an adjustable metal shaft with a twist-lock collar, black plastic grips, and a bypass cutting head operated by an internal cable mechanism.
