This two-piece veteran’s association uniform consists of a navy blue double-breasted blazer and a pair of mid-grey formal dress trousers. The blazer is constructed from a dark navy wool-type fabric and features peaked lapels and a six-button front. The gold-tone shank buttons are embossed with a fouled anchor design. The left breast is adorned with a hand-embroidered bullion wire and silk thread badge. This badge depicts a gold naval crown, ornamented with ship sails and sterns, positioned above a central fouled anchor in gold wire. These elements are encircled by a green silk thread laurel wreath, with a blue silk scroll below bearing the gold wire lettering PNA. The mid-grey trousers feature an interior waistband label for the retailer Bhs (British Home Stores) with product codes 504433, 7687218, and 00347244/1029.
