Lot 581: Three Vintage FM Radio Control Transmitters by Futaba and Awesome R/C Product
A trio of vintage frequency modulation (FM) radio control transmitters for aircraft, configured for the 35 MHz band. The first unit is a Futaba Skysport 6 (model T6YFK) 6-channel transmitter, constructed with a plastic housing, metal gimbal sticks, and a metal carry handle. It features printed branding for narrow band technology and FM frequency modulation, and is fitted with a 35.080 MHz crystal. The lot also contains two transmitters manufactured by Awesome R/C Product (Model Engines). One is a 6-channel FM CCPM digital proportional system with a 35.050 MHz crystal, and the other is an FM digital proportional system with a 35.870 MHz crystal. Both Awesome R/C units are constructed of plastic with metal controls. The collection is housed in a white-painted wicker basket with an additional separate black plastic and metal antenna base extension included.
