Lot 597: A Kilner Extra Large Glass Preserving Jar with Lid
A large storage or preserving jar manufactured by Kilner, constructed from clear moulded glass. The body of the jar is embossed with the brand mark KILNER above the text EST 1842. The vessel includes a matching glass push-top lid, which is currently secured to the shoulder with clear adhesive tape. A handwritten label attached to the jar identifies it as an extra large preserving jar and states that it is brand new and genuinely never used.
