Lot 877: A Regency style crossbanded mahogany sofa table
A Regency style mahogany sofa table, the rectangular top featuring two rounded drop-flaps decorated with a crossbanded border and ebony stringing. The frieze contains a single drawer to one side with a matching veneered front, mirroring a faux drawer on the reverse. The table is supported by two end-standard pedestals, each with a central circular patera, joined by a low-set stretcher. It stands on four splayed legs terminating in brass box caps and castors.
