A collection of framed artworks and a decorative brass kitchen implement. the group comprises a British School, 20th Century oil painting on board depicting a rural landscape with a red-roofed cottage, housed in a reddish-brown wooden frame with a gilt inner slip. Also included is a British School, 19th Century monochrome charcoal or pencil drawing on paper of a spaniel with a game bird, set in a dark carved wood frame with a gilt slip. The lot features a framed print inscribed with a mount label reading SHEEP ON A WOODED PATH, after the work of Joseph Farquharson. Further items include a small landscape print in a black and gold frame and a larger framed work on paper, possibly a sampler. The accompanying brass skimmer is of traditional long-handled form with a perforated circular bowl and a decorative handle featuring a triple-ring design.
