Lot 1046: Violet Schwenig 'Wishing Well Lane' and a Collection of Framed Artworks (Signed)
A collection of framed artworks featuring a variety of landscape scenes and prints. The collection includes a lithograph by Violet Schwenig titled Wishing Well Lane, which depicts a riverside scene with a timber-framed cottage, a stone bridge, and figures picnicking next to a red vintage car. Also present is an illustrative print titled Balloons over the Bridge, depicting hot air balloons over the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol, and a landscape painting, likely oil on board, showing a church spire above a wooded landscape. The pieces are housed in a mix of ornate gilt-moulded frames, natural wood frames, and a simple blue frame. One large gilt-moulded frame in the background contains a cream mount without an image. The artworks are signed to the lower edge. A small white sticker printed with 1046 is attached to the top centre frame, and a circular red sticker marked HALF PRICE is located on the floor at the bottom left.
