A tall garden display stand constructed from black-painted wrought and tubular metal. The piece features a top section with multiple scrolled arms designed for hanging items, supported by a central vertical pole. A circular wire mesh tray is mounted to the pole at a midpoint. The entire structure is supported by a heavy cast-iron base with a scalloped edge and eight radial openings.
