Lot 192: Large Wooden Market Parasol with Weighted Composite Base
A large octagonal outdoor market parasol featuring a wooden frame construction. The parasol consists of a central wooden pole and supporting ribs. The canopy is made from a cream-coloured fabric and includes a top ventilation flap designed to improve stability in windy conditions. The opening mechanism is manual, secured by a metal locking pin attached to a chain. The set includes a circular weighted base made from a composite material with a textured black finish. The base features a central collar with moulded plastic adapters marked for 35mm, 38mm, and 48mm pole diameters, and is marked Made in China.
