Lot 257: Redring 8602-5 3kW Industrial Portable Electric Fan Heater
A Redring Electric Ltd industrial portable fan heater, model number 8602-5. The unit is constructed from a yellow painted steel cabinet mounted within a black tubular metal protective frame which doubles as carrying handles. The specification plate identifies a power output of 3 kW and a voltage of 240V single phase. The front control panel features a rotary switch with a fan only setting and a red indicator light. A 240V industrial appliance inlet with a spring-loaded weather cover is mounted to the front face. A circular wire mesh grille is present on the side of the cabinet to protect the internal fan mechanism.
