This lot comprises three items of industrial and domestic interest. The first item is a mechanical bottle jack of cast iron construction, featuring a cylindrical body mounted on a circular flanged base with four apertures for securing to a surface. A curved manual operating lever is attached to the upper section, designed to actuate the internal lifting mechanism. The second item is a cylindrical oil storage or filler can made from sheet metal. It features a conical top section fitted with a knurled screw-on spout cap and a flat-strip metal loop handle. The third item is a salt-glazed stoneware bottle of cylindrical form. It has tapered shoulders leading to a narrow neck with a thickened rim, finished in a brown glaze typical of period utility or beverage vessels.
