Lot 377: An Assortment of Household Ceramics, Glassware, and Kitchenware
A collection of domestic utility and decorative items. The ceramic component includes a stack of dinner plates, the uppermost being a white earthenware plate with a central transfer-printed floral spray of pink and yellow flowers, bordered by a repeating geometric and foliate pattern. Below this are several cream-coloured plates featuring textured concentric rings at the rim. Other ceramic items comprise a small white scalloped-edge dish, a blue ceramic pot, and a shallow pink saucer. Glassware includes a tall clear cylindrical vase with etched floral decoration and a clear glass bowl with an irregular wavy rim. The lot also contains a set of rectangular woven rattan-style table mats, a rectangular wooden chopping board with recessed handle grips, and a set of blue coasters with gold-toned borders and central pictorial motifs. Several stems of artificial yellow flowers are also present. No maker’s marks are visible on the surfaces shown.
