Lot 415: A Pair of Aluminium and Composite Canoe Paddles
A pair of canoe paddles featuring tubular aluminium shafts with moulded plastic or composite T-grip handles and blades. The blades are of a squared-off design with a central reinforcing rib. Black adhesive tape is present around the shafts at the base of the handles and where the shafts meet the blades. One shaft bears a white adhesive label with the text HCP Auctions South West Lot 415, and the second shaft bears a yellow label with the handwritten number 5677. No manufacturer marks or logos are visible on the blades or shafts.
