Lot 432: A Collection of Andrew Tanner for Royal Stafford Clematis Pattern Tableware and Miscellaneous Household Sundries
This mixed lot includes decorative ceramics, glassware, and various household items. The primary items are a trio of Andrew Tanner for Royal Stafford earthenware pieces in the Clematis pattern, featuring transfer-printed floral motifs in shades of purple, mauve, and grey on a cream-coloured ground. This group comprises a large charger, a plate, and a shallow bowl. Further ceramics include a promotional Kellogg’s Corn Flakes ceramic cereal bowl with a green glazed interior and a stack of undecorated terracotta bowls. The glassware component consists of a set of six tall cylindrical tumblers with etched bamboo motifs, presented in a fitted wooden box with a hinged lid, as well as a clear glass spirit decanter with a spherical stopper and a bulbous round-bottomed flask. Additional sundries include multiple dark-stained wooden display racks with circular recesses and boxes of unused light bulbs, containing Status 100-watt Pearl bulbs and a linear halogen replacement lamp.
