A vintage industrial portable platform ladder constructed from a blue-painted tubular steel frame with timber treads. The piece features three wide wooden treads ascending to a top platform. The framework includes handrails on both sides and a safety rail enclosing three sides of the upper landing. The structure is reinforced with welded joints and steel bracing. A small white adhesive label is affixed to the left handrail, though the text is no longer legible.
