Lot 584: Three Decorative Ceramic Items
A group of three decorative earthenware items. The collection includes a tall trumpet-shaped vase with a flared rim and circular foot, hand-painted with large yellow sunflowers and green foliage against a white glazed ground, with a single yellow band encircling the shoulder and the number 9249 handwritten on the neck. Also present is a pedestal fruit bowl or comport featuring a scalloped rim and a short foot, decorated with a hand-painted interior motif of fruit and a blue foliate border, with blue bands to the exterior rim and base. The third item is a baluster-shaped vase with a flared, scalloped rim, featuring moulded relief decoration of pink hibiscus flowers and green leaves, finished with a raised pink rope detail.
