This specimen consists of a polished cross-sectional slice of an agate geode. The display face features well-defined concentric banding characteristic of chalcedony, presenting layers in translucent shades of grey, off-white, and deep amber-brown. At the centre of the banding is an elongated vug or cavity lined with fine, sparkling quartz druzy crystals. The outer perimeter and the reverse side retain the natural, irregular texture of the dark brown rock matrix. A handwritten paper label is affixed to the reverse side with adhesive tape, bearing the inscription Semi Precious Geode Agate Rock 167 gr.
