Start price: £5

Estimated price: £5 - £8

Buyer's Premium:

A pair of reclaimed interior wooden doors featuring a four panel configuration characteristic of the late Victorian or Edwardian period. The doors are constructed from softwood, likely pine, with each exhibiting a standard arrangement of two longer vertical panels above two shorter vertical panels. The first door is finished in an off-white or cream paint. The second door is partially stripped, with the stiles and rails retaining a dark green painted finish, while the panels show an exposed wood grain. This second door is fitted with a black circular door knob and a metal lock plate. A small white rectangular adhesive label is applied to the top left corner of the green door, bearing a numeral that appears to be 16 or 18, though it is not clearly legible. A small rectangular brown adhesive tag is present on the central horizontal rail of the cream door, but contains no legible characters or text. No maker marks or names are readable on the lock plate or door knob.
