Lot 941: A Mid-Century Modern Style Grey Upholstered Pull-Out Chair Bed
A contemporary mid-century modern style armchair with a dual-purpose design as a single sleeper chair. The chair is upholstered in a grey marl woven fabric and features a button-tufted backrest with six inset buttons. It has flared, padded arms with a slight scroll to the top. The chair is raised on four tapered square wooden legs with a dark finish. Visible at the base is an integrated metal pull-out mechanism with light-coloured wooden slats, allowing the piece to function as a guest bed. Two white paper auction lot stickers are present; one on the left arm reads 941 and another on the backrest reads 9775. No manufacturer marks are visible.
