A vintage studio artist’s easel constructed from hardwood. The design features a tripod base with three splayed legs and dual upright canvas supports. The easel is adjustable via wooden sliding blocks and original metal hardware, including wing nuts. The entire frame, including the legs and supports, displays extensive multicoloured paint splatters consistent with long-term professional studio use. A white paper label is adhered to one of the adjustable blocks with the text HCF Auctions South West and Lot 951.
