A vintage Lesney Matchbox Models of Yesteryear 1926 Morris Cowley Bullnose model car. This die-cast metal model is finished in a tan body with dark chocolate brown wings and a matching brown chassis. The vehicle features a side-mounted spare wheel and black plastic wheels on metal axles. The underside of the chassis is embossed with the following text: MODELS OF YESTERYEAR, 1926 MORRIS COWLEY, ‘BULLNOSE’, NO 8, MADE IN ENGLAND, BY LESNEY. The car is housed in a plain cardboard box featuring a white paper adhesive label printed with MATCHBOX YESTERYEAR, Y8 1926 MORRIS COWLEY, ‘BULL NOSE’, TAN BODY CHOCOLATE WINGS. A secondary white adhesive lot sticker for HCP Auctions South West, lot 235, is also attached to the box.
