Lot 1064: Vintage Bose Wave Titanium Silver Music System
A vintage Bose Wave titanium silver music system, featuring a wedge-shaped synthetic housing with integrated speakers behind horizontal grilles and a central display panel. The front central panel bears the embossed brand name BOSE in relief. The unit is accompanied by a black power cable, a coiled white audio cable featuring a 3.5mm jack with the name BOSE moulded into the connector housing, and a sealed clear plastic bag containing printed manuals and instructional literature. Several adhesive labels are affixed to the casing, including two white rectangular stickers printed with the number 3394, a white rectangular sticker stating PERFECT WORKING ORDER, and a white auction tag marked Lot 1064 above the text HCP Auctions South West. The reverse of the unit includes various connection ports for power and auxiliary inputs.
Condition report:
The music system is in good cosmetic condition with no visible chips, cracks, or structural damage to the housing. There is evidence of light surface dust and minor handling smudges on the top and side panels (photo 1). The lot includes a label stating PERFECT WORKING ORDER, however, the unit has not been powered on or functionally tested by the saleroom. The accompanying cables and sealed documentation appear to be in good order (photo 2).
