Lot 151: A Vintage Collection of Steel Hand Tools and Electrical Components
A vintage collection of steel hand tools and electrical components, contained within a blue plastic storage bin. The assortment includes a variety of automotive and general-purpose implements, featuring open-ended, ring, and combination wrenches, heavy-duty fencing pliers, and blue-handled groove-joint pliers. A pair of wire stripper / crimper pliers with yellow and black composite handles is also included, alongside two screwdrivers with red and black handles respectively. One combination wrench is impressed with the maker’s name ‘STANLEY’, while several other wrenches are stamped with the capitalised text ‘DROP FORGED’. The electrical components consist of multiple lever-style wire connectors marked ‘WAGO’ and several white plastic screw terminal blocks. The steel tools exhibit a heavily oxidised patina with significant surface rust throughout.
