Lot 403: Vintage Reich CWC Plastic Portable Caravan Weight Control Device
A vintage Reich CWC plastic portable caravan weight control device, manufactured in Germany. The unit is constructed with a long, rectangular yellow plastic body featuring a textured tread pattern on the weighing surface for wheel traction. A digital LCD display is positioned at one end, alongside three blue tactile control buttons labelled ‘ON/OFF’, an upward-pointing arrow, and ‘TOTAL’. The side of the display housing is printed vertically with ‘CARAVANWEIGHTCONTROL’. The underside of the device contains a battery compartment secured with screws and two circular black rubber pads for stability. The unit is accompanied by its original cardboard packaging, which bears the ‘RK REICH’ logo and identifies the model as ‘CWC’ with a capacity of ‘1000 kg’.
