Lot 811: A Vintage Bissell Magic Broom Stick Vacuum Cleaner
A vintage Bissell Magic Broom stick vacuum cleaner, featuring a moulded white plastic main body designed for versatile domestic use. The unit consists of a central motor housing which can be detached for handheld operation or fitted to the included long handle for upright floor cleaning. The assembly includes a flat rectangular floor nozzle and a white power cable with integrated storage hooks on the handle. The appliance is operated via grey and red sliding control switches located on the upper section of the housing and is fitted with a standard UK three-pin plug. The side of the main unit is printed with the text Bissell Magic Broom in red lettering. A white adhesive lot sticker numbered 811 is present on the handle.
Condition report:
The item is in used condition with visible surface dust and dirt throughout (photos 1 and 2). There is a noticeable accumulation of debris within the seams of the plastic housing and across the surface of the floor nozzle (photo 2). The white plastic exhibits minor discolouration consistent with age and use (photo 1). The power cable shows some surface grime. Functionality has not been tested.
