Lot 878: A Vintage Upcycled Maximalist Painted Wood Pedestal Table
A vintage upcycled maximalist painted wood pedestal table, featuring a circular top decorated with a leopard-print motif within a broad turquoise-painted rim. The central turned column terminates in a tripod base supported by a semi-circular orange-painted wooden plinth. Each leg is finished in contrasting shades of pink and red, with the front-facing leg embellished with a blue panel showcasing a gilt acanthus leaf motif and inset black and clear rhinestones. The construction appears to be a vintage wooden occasional table that has been extensively modified and hand-painted in an eclectic kitsch fashion. No maker’s marks, signatures, or manufacturer labels are visible on the item.
Large-scale furniture items; exact dimensions are not provided.
