Lot 1037: JR 'Bluebell Woods' Oil Landscape Painting (Signed)
A JR ‘Bluebell Woods’ oil landscape painting, executed in a modern impressionist style depicting a dense woodland scene. The composition is defined by slender, vertically oriented tree trunks in the foreground, contrasted against a vibrant forest floor rendered in hues of green and blue, punctuated by flecks of yellow. The work is initialled and dated ‘JR 03’ in red paint to the lower right corner. A handwritten paper label is affixed to the lower left of the mount, reading ‘Original art work of Bluebell Woods’. The painting is presented within a silver-toned frame featuring a light grey mount with a wood-effect inner slip, protected under glass.
