Lot 204: A Collection of Four Weathered Garden Ornaments
A collection of four outdoor garden sculptures of various subjects. The group includes a cast stone figure of a seated hare with elongated ears and a textured grey surface. A classical-style cast stone figure of a young boy is depicted seated upon a log, wearing a short-sleeved shirt and shorts. The lot also features a large frog with a textured surface and remnants of a green painted finish. Completing the assortment is a figure of a terrier-type dog, possibly a Yorkshire Terrier, modelled in a playful reclining pose on its back with its paws raised, displaying a highly detailed fur texture in a buff-coloured tone. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels were observed on any of the pieces during inspection.
