Buyer's Premium:

A collection of JCC brass-effect recessed downlights, comprising approximately twenty units salvaged from an architectural renovation. Each fixture is constructed with a cylindrical black-coated metal housing terminated with a circular brass-effect metal bezel. The units are equipped with integrated plastic junction boxes mounted on adjustable metal brackets. There are varying internal lamp configurations within the lot, including units fitted with clear lenses over GU10-style LED lamps and others featuring integrated frosted glass or plastic diffusers. Several units bear white adhesive manufacturer labels on the black housings; legible markings include ‘JCC 12191’, ‘JCC 504’, and one unit marked ‘SDK’. These fixtures are hard-wired with cut supply cables and are sold as untested architectural salvage.
