Lot 417: An Assortment of Vintage Glassware and Ceramics including a Hürlimann Brewery Glass and Signed Fuchsia Artwork
A large collection of glassware, ceramic tableware, and decorative household items. The glassware comprises a group of clear pint glasses and tumblers, including one glass with a printed red, white, and gold logo for the Swiss brewery Hürlimann. The selection also includes several pieces of textured clear glass with a moulded ice-like finish, a stemmed glass with an etched floral motif and starburst foot, and a group of four dark green glass tumblers with faceted bases. A boxed set of six small clear glasses features gold-coloured gilt rims and is presented in a teal cardboard box with a gold-coloured interior. The ceramics include a set of four white plates decorated with a green transfer-printed tulip pattern and three plain white bowls. A circular serving tray is constructed with a white marble centre and a natural wood rim. Decorative items include a framed piece of artwork depicting fuchsia flowers, signed in the lower right corner in paint F. R. Donachie 1983. Completing the lot are a set of coasters with squirrel motifs, a small beige faux-leather trinket box, and a black cardboard box with a white star pattern.
