Lot 514: Two glass vases including a clear hurricane vase and a red bud vase
This lot comprises two pieces of decorative glassware. The first is a large, clear glass vessel of hurricane form, featuring a wide flared rim, a constricted neck, and a bulbous body tapering to a flat base. The transparent glass lacks any readable maker marks or etched decoration. The second item is a slender, tapered bud vase in deep red glass. The vessel is designed with a flared rim and a long, narrow neck. The base is flared and decorated with a moulded border of embossed, crescent-shaped ribs. A central impressed mark is present on the underside of the base, though it is not legible as a name or specific character.
