Lot 99: An Assortment of Galvanised Steel Gardenalia and a Wrought Iron Candelabra
An assortment of galvanised steel gardenalia and a wrought iron candelabra, exhibiting an authentic weathered patina. The collection includes two standard utility buckets and a specialized mop wringer bucket, the latter embossed on the side with its capacity ‘2 GALLONS’. Also included is a traditional garden watering can fitted with a detachable rose, and a conical rusted wire-work basket or cage. The wrought iron candelabra is a five-light piece, featuring five cylindrical candle cups with integral drip pans supported by scrolling arms emanating from a central terminal. The metalware shows signs of varied utilitarian construction, with the mop bucket featuring a wringer section with punched drainage holes and a heavy-gauge wire handle.
