A collection of fine earthenware tea wares, featuring four teacups, several saucers, and four small bowls. Each piece is decorated with a transfer-printed fruit motif depicting pears on leafy branches in shades of yellow, green, and red, accented by dark burgundy rims and handles. The teacups are designed with a distinctive double-scrolled handle. The base of the cups bears a circular black backstamp featuring a stylized lion’s head facing left. The mark is printed with the text ‘CHURCHILL’ in capital letters, accompanied by ‘EST 1795’, ‘Fine Earthenware’, and ‘MICROWAVE & DISHWASHER SAFE’. A small number ’73’ is also visible, either impressed or printed, adjacent to the main mark on the underside.
