A vintage retail storage and display cabinet designed for DMC embroidery floss, featuring a white-finished composite frame housing twenty-four individual drawers. The unit is organised in a three-column by eight-row configuration. Each drawer is constructed from clear moulded plastic with an integrated handle pull at the base and bears the embossed serif letters DMC at the top left of the front panel. The interior of the drawers contains various sections of foam padding and paper liners. Small circular white adhesive labels are affixed to the bottom right corners of the drawer fronts, featuring handwritten numerical codes such as 780, 739, and 793, corresponding to the manufacturer’s thread colour system. The cabinet is finished in a neutral off-white tone.
