A mid-century sewing table constructed with dark-stained mahogany veneers over a hardwood frame. The rectangular hinged top opens to reveal a multi-compartment interior finished in a lighter-toned wood, featuring fixed dividers for the organisation of sewing notions. The underside of the lid is fitted with a padded, tufted fabric pin cushion panel secured with buttons and finished with a ruffled silk-style trim. The unit is supported by four square tapered legs. The interior contains a collection of vintage sewing supplies and tobacco tins, including a rectangular Beaver Brand tin, a circular Balkan Sobranie tin, and a small tin featuring a dog illustration, alongside several wooden curtain rings and a colourful fabric pin cushion. There are no maker’s marks or manufacturer labels visible on the piece.
