A sterling silver pendant on a matching box chain, featuring a double-sided swivel fob design. The circular pendant frame is decorated with a band of green enamel over an engine-turned or recessed Celtic-style chain link pattern. The central rotating fob depicts a three-dimensional acorn on one side with a textured cupule. The reverse side features an interlocking monogram in stylized script; while the characters appear to be M, Y, and S, the monogram is not clearly legible as a specific name. The chain is a classic box link construction and is fitted with a spring-ring bolt clasp. A small, indistinct mark is struck on the pendant’s connecting loop. The chain’s terminal tag is stamped with the finial 925, and a corresponding 925 mark is visible on the clasp.
