A collection of porcelain and ceramic napkin rings in various forms and decorative styles. The group includes a waisted rectangular porcelain ring featuring a transfer-printed pansy and butterfly, bearing a green backstamp reading THE BOTANIC GARDEN circa 1818 PORTMEIRION 1972 DISHWASHER PROOF OVEN TO TABLE MADE IN ENGLAND. Also present is a pair of hexagonal bone china rings decorated with transfer-printed bullfinches among pink blossoms, marked internally with AJL bone china. The collection further comprises several floral-themed pieces, including a pair with transfer-printed strawberries and gilt rims, a ring with applied pink and white encrusted porcelain flowers, and a piece featuring three encrusted white roses. Other items include figural designs in the form of a hen and a pig, a blue and white transfer-printed scroll pattern ring, a turned dark wood ring, and a dark green lacquerware ring decorated with gold and red floral motifs in the Hokhloma fashion.
