Estimated price: £5 - £8

A collection of English pewter tableware and condiment items, comprising several functional domestic vessels and accessories. The group includes a baluster-form teapot with a hinged lid, a decorative finial, and a dark-toned insulating handle, standing on three cast feet. A traditional quaich features a shallow bowl with two flat lug handles decorated with cast Celtic knotwork interlace. The lot further contains a bell-bellied graduated measure or creamer with a flared rim and C-scroll handle, and a cylindrical straight-sided mug. Condiment items include a pair of matching baluster-form pepperettes with perforated dome tops on pedestal bases, and a small cylindrical mustard pot with a hinged lid and a spoon aperture. Several bases bear impressed marks, although they are not clearly legible as specific names or makers. The metal shows various states of natural oxidation and surface patina throughout.
